Many of us in the medical freedom movement here in Indiana are making the rounds in talking with not only our legislators but also our local health departments.

If you are in Indiana, or really any state, please feel free to copy and share any parts of the following “notes” to help bring awareness to the plight of the vaccine injured and the devastation censorship has caused.

Although a great deal of our emphasis in this letter is on specific legislation Indiana is considering, most of the content broadly addresses issues happening around the country.

An Example of Our Local Letter

Dear ______ County Department of Health Board Members,

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to provide comment on our public health concerns.

Enclosed are comments from myself, Stephanie Ripple and Ashley Grogg.

Our comments were originally on concern for the potential encroachment of state control over counties that SB-4 might enforce, and the long-term ramifications of that control. By the time you read this, that bill may have already been passed. However, we think our concerns are still worthy of consideration because of what we have seen states enforce regarding mandates and closures during the last 3 years.

The enclosed material includes background information on why those concerns exist. In addition, there is also reasonable concern for the safety and efficacy of Covid vaccines, the need to bring awareness to the plight of the vaccine-injured, and the devastation that state-sponsored censorship has caused.

We have also included the comments we presented last month to both Allen and DeKalb County Commissioners, and information on The VAERS Project.

We know that each of you takes public health very seriously and works diligently on behalf of the citizens of ________ County.  We hope our comments are not seen in any way to counter your sincere efforts to serve the public interest. Our only goal is to provide additional information that you may be unaware of which might also facilitate positive public health outcomes.

 We would like to thank you in advance for your consideration in reviewing the enclosed material. We hope you can take the necessary time to review all items presented, so as to have a clear understanding of our concerns and the concerns of many in the community. If you are short on time, I have highlighted the links most poignant to the issues we address. We have made every effort to ensure that we have provided you with accurate and factual information.

Some Background Information:

Concern Of Government Overreach:

Although we know Governor Holcomb’s health commission has recently given assurances that usurpation of county control would not happen, that is quite different than what they presented in their June meeting last year.

To understand our concern, it would be imperative to view portions of that meeting. You can watch several short video clips from their meeting where they state their intent. (They are each just a few minutes).

Again, at the time of this writing, it appears SB-4 will pass.  However, we believe it would still be prudent to view the videos to be aware of any future legislative trends.

Concern For Vaccine Safety:

Ann Forti is in contact with the Covid vaccine injured around the world, almost daily.  Ann is personal friends with Bri Dressen. Bri is the co-founder of React 19, one of the largest non-profit organizations in the world advocating for the Covid vaccine injured.

Bri was injured in the covid vaccine trials. As Ann’s comments will indicate, Bri has worked directly with Peter Marks and Janet Woodcock from the FDA. She and other injured were flown out to the NIH in MD in June of 2021to be studied.

The CDC, FDA and NIH have known since early 2021 all of the vaccine injuries which have taken place but have not informed the public. This has led to insurmountable barriers for the vaccine injured to receive help.

CENSORSHIP

 Censorship has been an immense issue throughout the Covid pandemic and has hindered the free flow of needed information for both early Covid treatment options and Covid vaccine injury awareness.

We have learned through congressional hearings over the last several weeks that the current administration worked with the FBI and CIA in conjunction with social media organizations to censor all public narratives that did not support the government narrative.

This has prompted both sides of the political aisle to make comments such as “This is East German Stassi type of behavior.” Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, a physician and former director of the Iowa Health Department stated:

“When it comes to trust in our agencies, if you’ve lost me that means there is a lot that has to be answered for and oversight that has to be taken care of.”

In addition, you may not be aware of the current court case, Missouri V. Biden, a civil case demonstrating President Biden and other senior official in the administration violated the first amendment by directing social media companies to censor viewpoints that conflicted with the government’s messaging on Covid-19.

The case is representing renowned epidemiologists Drs. Jay Bhattacharya and Martin Kulldorff, among others.

The judge has allowed the case to move forward despite President Biden’s lawyers trying to have the case dismissed. The court denied granting that dismissal saying:

“The Court finds that the Complaint alleges significant encouragement and coercion that converts the otherwise private conduct of censorship on social media platforms into state action and is unpersuaded by Defendants’ arguments to the contrary.”

 Rejecting Defendants’ claim to be merely exercising their own free speech rights: “The Complaint…alleges extensive and highly effective efforts by government officials to ‘silence or muffle the expression of disfavored viewpoints.'” 

 This will be an extremely important case for free speech moving forward:

There have now been over 16,000 lawsuits filed against covid measures, which is reflected in a recent Politico article stating that, “Lawyers are gearing up for a new wave of tort cases seeking compensation for alleged harms those measures have done – a wave they say that could rival opioid litigation or the tobacco lawsuits.”

Because the vaccine injured have been abandoned by our government, they have had no choice but to seek legal action.

Comments Given to Allen County and DeKalb County Commissioners:

A fundamental principle I will be addressing is that of public trust in government institutions and how that trust has been eroded and why it is so very important to maintain some semblance of local control.

I will begin by reviewing the actions of the Covid response by the FDA, NIH, and CDC.

We have learned through congressional hearings over the last several weeks that the current administration worked with the FBI and CIA in conjunction with social media organizations to censor all public narratives that did not support the government narrative.

This includes evidence continuing to come out on emails between former head of the NIH, Francis Collins, and Anthony Fauci, making whatever attempts they could to silence discussion around the Covid pandemic.

Just last week we also heard testimony from former CDC director and member of the Covid task force, Dr. Redfield, stating that “more than likely gain-of-function research has probably caused the greatest pandemic our world has ever seen.”

In this, it was not only everyday citizens who were censored, but well credentialed doctors, researchers, professors, and scientists from prominent organizations.

The significance of this cannot be overstated. Had information on lifesaving Covid treatments not been censored and suppressed, potentially hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved.

In addition, had the public been made aware of the vaccine injuries that were taking place perhaps some of the injuries and deaths associated with the vaccine could have been avoided.

And here I would like to give examples of the behavior of the NIH, CDC and FDA,

In June 2021 my friend, Bri Dressen who was injured in the covid vaccine trials was flown out to the NIH in Baltimore Maryland, along with other vaccine injured to be studied by the NIH. They were promised by the NIH that the results would be shared with the general public, and with doctors so that doctors would know that if patients came in presenting adverse events after receiving a vaccination that the vaccine should be considered as a potential cause and to be ready with any possible treatments.

This has never happened, with the exception of myo and pericarditis, BUT ONLY WAY past the time they knew it was actually happening, and now even currently under stating its frequency.

There are actually over 700 OTHER safety signals that have taken place that are greater than the signal for myo or pericarditis – again that the general public knows nothing about.

Not only that, although the NIH knew that having early intervention was the key to helping the vaccine injured, they kept this information to themselves, leaving the injured languishing in their distress. Some left so hopeless they have committed suicide.

In addition, you had CDC Deputy Director Dr. Tom Shimabukuro’s telling the public that they were reviewing any injury reports.

Let me give you an example of Tom’s “help”:

Robert Edmonds, PhD and researcher was injured by the vaccine and sent the CDC an extensive volume of data on the issue, that also affected many others. A CDC employee sent the data to Tom to which Tom responded:

 You will also hear from long-time physicians who were injured and stated that, first, the CDC was not at all interested in hearing their concerns, and secondly, they were shocked at how untrustworthy they have come to see the CDC is. This is the help we can expect from our CDC.

In all of this, remember the only narrative we were all told by these health organizations is that the vaccines were “safe and effective.”

However, now we are even to the point where you have NEWSWEEK publishing articles with the titles “How Fauci Fooled America” and “America’s Covid Response Was Based on Lies.”

And remember how President Biden told us back in 2021 that it was going to be the winter of severe illness and death for anyone that was not vaccinated?

Now you have doctors writing articles in the Wall Street Journal quoting the Lancet study showing that those who had the vaccine, but not covid, were more likely to get sick and die, then if you were unvaccinated.

In addition, there must be an acknowledgment the conflicts of interest between the FDA/CDC and the pharmaceutical industry.

The FDA receives 75% of its budget from the bio pharmaceutical industry.

And were you aware that many of the previous FDA commissioners now work for, or have worked for drug companies, or received compensation for their work with them?

The previous FDA commissioner, Scott Gottlieb, now works for Pfizer.

And are you aware that 75% of network ad revenue comes from the pharmaceutical industry?

The conflict of interest makes these organizations ripe for fraud and have led to devasting consequences.

So how does this relate to the governor’s health commission?

In June of last year the newly assembled Governor’s health commission – which should be noted, was established by executive order – met and made clear that they had a plan they wanted to implement throughout the state and if you, the county commissioners, did not agree to that plan, the commission was basically going to show you why you were misguided and coerce you into doing what they would like.

Last month, I sat in the senate hearing on the SB-4 and heard members of that same health commission basically say that they never said that.

But they did.

I was also very disappointed in Senator Charbonneau’s incredibly rude response to one of the county commissioners speaking that day who opposed the bill.

 Why is all of this a concern?

Given the make-up of the Governor’s commission (Very pro CDC etc…stance ) and the fact that the CDC recently gave our state 50.6 million dollars, the commission will most likely be requiring – at some point (in order to either receive, or keep, funding) – that all counties follow CDC guidelines which in the future could mean anything from mask and vaccine mandates, and business and school closures, along with a myriad of any other demands.

I understand that everyone’s ultimate goal is to achieve the best possible public health outcomes. This bill may offer programs that hope to achieve that goal, but somehow it must contain language that gives you, as commissioners, the autonomy to make decisions that are best for our county.

You know better than we do the influence you have and the lawful parameters you have jurisdiction over.  We are asking that you consider using whatever power and influence you must to keep our county free from ever- encroaching state control – which is ultimately federal control, leaving us with no options for choice.

In closing, at 12:30 this morning, as I was finishing up some work, I was listing in on a live space filled with the vaccine injured telling their heart-wrenching stories. The gentleman hosting the space was actually a military member… as were others in the group … and as a woman who was injured finished telling her tragic story she said  …”We just want someone to speak up for us… we are so tired of being abandoned.”

There is no trust left here. Our government has turned its back on these folks, and really, to some degree, all of us. Please do not let them take control of our county. 

Comments Given to Allen County and DeKalb County Commissioners:

Our goal in giving public comment today is to discuss our concern for SB-4, and if passed, how the governor’s health commission could expand its reach and authority – leading our county to lose autonomy over public health decisions. 

 We have heard the members of the commission say in hearings that there is an opt in and opt out, but that is very different from what that commission said in their June meeting where they laid out their plan to basically get everyone under their jurisdiction.

 Which leads me to the overarching issue of trust within our government entities.

Ann will touch on that a bit more, but I would like to specifically address what we have seen over the last two years regarding our public health agencies and their lack of transparency in revealing the truth about vaccine injury. The reason this is important is that there is little doubt that this new commission will be advocating that CDC guidelines are followed and may be tied to county funding.

 In March of 2022, National Geographic ran an article titled, ”Why Is It So Hard to Compensate for Serious Vaccine Side Effects?”

 One of the people highlighted in the article is Jessica McFadden.   Jessica is a 44-year-old fundraising officer in Indiana, who received the J & J vaccine in April of 2021 . One week after her jab, breathing became increasingly difficult. By late April a coughing fit required her to lay down to breathe. A CT scan showed a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot wedged in a lung artery. More imaging revealed another clot headed straight to McFadden’s heart.  The cardiologist told her she needed emergency surgery, adding “you have 12 hours to live,” McFadden recalls. “At that point I had to call my husband and give him a goodbye message.”

Thankfully the surgery saved her life.

 I want to share with you some information regarding other cases in Indiana where this is occurring. First a little background information

From the FDA website:

 The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a national vaccine safety surveillance program co-monitored by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

(CDC). 

 The purpose of VAERS is to detect possible signals of adverse events (side effects) that occur after the administration of U.S. licensed or authorized vaccines. (https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/vaccine-adverse-events/vaers-overview)

From the Department of Health and Human Services website:

  “Underreporting” is one of the main limitations of passive surveillance systems, including VAERS. The term, underreporting refers to the fact that VAERS receives reports for only a small fraction of actual adverse events. (https://vaers.hhs.gov/data/dataguide.html)

We know that correlation doesn’t mean causation, but let’s use this data for the intended purpose: to pick up safety signals and let us remember that each of these reports represents many others that will never be reported.

We now have over 35,000 deaths showing up as a safety signal, and that only reflects between 1 -10% of actual events.

There are well over a million other safety signals.

 There have been 169 Hoosier deaths reported to VAERS after the covid shot. Some of these reports are of people who have had multiple doses of these shots and died from Covid. Can we really call them effective?

There are 947 reports of adverse events in Hoosier children. Overall reports to VAERS are more than 1,500,000 including more than 35,000 deaths, almost 5,000 miscarriages, more than 64,000 permanently disabled, and more than 64,000 cases of myo and pericarditis. Can we really call them safe?

I would like to read to you the details of some of these IN reports so you can better understand how Hoosiers are suffering:

A 58-year-old woman got the shot this past fall. She had a severe stroke 5 days later.

 A 33-year-old female got the shot on October 7, 2022. Between October 11th, 2022, and the time of her report on November 22, 2022, she had had three strokes.

 A 16-year-old young man got the shot and began having chest pain the same day. Three days later he was diagnosed with myocarditis.

 A 40-year-old man got the 2nd dose at the end of August 2021. He initially had pain in his shoulder. Within a couple weeks he couldn’t walk unassisted. By the end of September, he couldn’t walk at all, could not control his bowels, couldn’t swallow food, drink, or meds. In October he had various testing done including MRI, spinal tap, and EMG. Shortly thereafter he began having IVIG infusions and continues to do need them at the time of his report more than 15months later.

A 44-year-old man got the 4th dose this winter. Less than 3 weeks later he awoke with right-sided weakness from his foot through arm along with some other concerning symptoms. A CT scan showed a tear in his carotid artery and a blood clot.

A 74-year-old woman got the dose last fall. A month later she had six blood clots in her left leg from groin to ankle.

 The only program in our country that a person can file claims associated with injury resulting from the covid shot is the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. (Edit note: It is important to note that most people are not even aware that this program exits.) 

To date, the CICP has yet to pay out on a single claim for COVID vaccines. As of February 12, 2022, 11,196 claims were filed to CICP since 2010 and only 29 of  have been compensated in the history of the program. Further, CICP determinations cannot be appealed. 8,447 of the 11,000+ claims have been filed for Covid vaccine injury.

Not surprisingly, the CICP program has been described by vaccine legal scholars as a “horrible program” and a “black hole.”  Essentially, the injured have a right to file and a right to lose .( From React19 website)

It will take years, possibly decades for the ever-growing number of claims to be processed. And if the trend continues, the majority will be denied. These people who are suffering so much for doing what they believed was the right thing to protect themselves and others are being cast aside.

The point of once again coming down and sharing this information with you is that we need to take the deception that is going on in our national health agencies seriously and understand that our county may be heavily influenced by those agencies if the Indiana health commission has its way.

As much as the health commission said they wanted to show county commissioners why they would be misguided in wanting autonomy, we need you to take our autonomy seriously.

What is Going On?

In 1976, the Swine Flu vaccine was suspended in 9 states due to 3 deaths, even when it was never confirmed the vaccine caused it, and eventually was discontinued altogether due to greater than 50 cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

On July 16, 1999, after only 15 cases of Intussusception caused by the Rotavirus vaccine, the vaccine was halted.

These are current numbers from VAERS for the Covid vaccines, which includes 35,048 DEATHS.

Why have we ignored the massive numbers of safety signals of the Covid vaccines?
